Since its founding in 2002, Corridor Ventures, Inc. investor base has expanded from less than 10 individuals to over 125 accredited investors that have participated in the company’s transactions. Dan Joseph and Hagan Brown, the company’s founders, invest alongside Corridor’s passive investors in every transaction. Clearly, not all of our investors participate in every deal and appetites vary depending on risk levels, location, individual capacity, and timing. Corridor is always seeking to expand its base of investors, and is currently working vigilantly towards that end, as the company believes that the current economic environment is poised to present attractively priced investment opportunities that have not been accessible for many years.
