For all new investment opportunities, Corridor creates an investor memorandum that provides a clear description of the investment opportunity, including the inherent risks and mitigating factors, as well as a financial model that projects the company’s most likely scenario for a project’s evolution. The information memorandum also provides instructions and deadlines for financial commitment, and offers prospective investors the opportunity to evaluate additional information such as appraisals, sensitivity analyses, engineering reports, and market studies. 

Once a transaction is completed, Corridor provides quarterly reporting, which includes a broad economic perspective, as well as a comprehensive property and financial update. Corridor’s senior management team is always available to investors, either to arrange or participate in a site visit, or to answer questions about a particular investment.
