Corridor Ventures, Inc. is a leading real estate investment, advisory, and management firm with an existing owned portfolio valued at over $150 million. Since its inception in 2002, we have participated in over than $300 million of real estate transactions and generated an average internal rate of return on realized investments of greater than 42%. Our investor group, comprised of a growing network of accredited individuals and families, as well as small institutions, has grown meaningfully over time, positioning Corridor for ongoing expansion as we seek to selectively develop and build our portfolio of real estate investments.

Corridor’s investment activities are supported by our asset and property management divisions, which provide services to our self-owned properties, as well as those owned by others. The success we have experienced among our direct investments can be attributed to the discipline and integrity we bring to each of our transactions, as well as to the hard work, expertise, and professionalism of our property and asset management teams.

Although Corridor’s activities have touched virtually all real estate asset classes, our greatest expertise lies in developing, acquiring, and managing of residential for-rent real estate. Our experience spans core acquisitions, turnaround situations, and rehabilitative acquisitions of multifamily buildings, student complexes, single-family houses and condominiums, as well as affordable multifamily properties. All of our transactions have utilized a combination of investor capital, bank funding, and hard cash investments by Dan Joseph and Hagan Brown, the company’s founders. We believe strongly that in order to best represent the interest of our investors, our goals must be aligned. Toward that end, we will always invest our own capital alongside that of our investors in every transaction that we execute.

Corridor has and will always seek to create wealth and increase value by investing in attractively-priced, income-producing properties that meet strict underwriting criteria, and that can be improved by Corridor’s active participation. By providing its properties with proactive asset and property management services, Corridor ensures that its dedication to these assets and to its investors begins from the moment it identifies an opportunity until the moment it disperses its final distributions. Whether a property is asset-managed and/or property-managed, a senior Corridor executive regularly visits and works with each site to ensure that the asset’s business plans are being optimally executed and periodically updated to reflect market realities. Corridor’s business model adheres strictly to the principle that all real estate is local and site specific.
